We provide flat-rate residential garage cleanouts, garage organization, and shelving & storage installation for homeowners in the Southwest Houston area, including Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, Richmond, Katy, and Fulshear.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided by text within 15 minutes during business hours, based on the photos or description you send. Residential garage cleanouts run $550 – $1,299 flat depending on size and condition. The price we text you is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

Commercial, property management, and storage unit work is quoted per job.

Scheduling & Our Guarantee

Standard jobs are scheduled for completion in one day. If we cannot get your garage sorted, hauled, and swept clean in one day, you do not pay for the job.

Sorting & Disposal

Before anything is removed, we sort with you. You keep what stays, donatable items are set aside for donation, and the rest is hauled to the dump. Nothing leaves your property without your approval.

Payment
